Rose Gable House  -  Coastal House Plans .....

These coastal house plans contain a Great Room with 10 foot ceilings throughout and a full twenty foot clerestory at the entrance foyer.  The home is heavily detailed  with traditional moldings and offers a huge Gourmet eat-in Kitchen, three generous Bedroom Suites with three full Baths, a main floor Powder Room, a two Car Garage, an enormous enclosed lower level, and wrapping verandahs everywhere. A special feature is a unique open Gazebo overlooking the Ocean which provides for a romantic outdoor dining experience. The Great Room is lined with French doors and transom windows with a spectacular vista of the sea. The sloping ceilings and nooks created by the intricate traditional framing and trim create a feast of decorating ideas and playful corners for your grandchildren and their children to come.
