cottage floor plans were taken from a series of homes designed by us for
a small development in Old Town Key West on the street of the same
name. The homes are small, two bedroom, all are the same inside but
each front porch is detailed somewhat differently. Although the homes are
recently built, they have blended seamlessly with their 19th Century
neighbors. For those desiring the minimum in true Victorian
Cottage Floor Plans, these homes offer the pleasant porch life and gingerbread
details associated with the era without costing an arm and a leg.
As a vacation home or as an "in-fill" in an old city neighborhood,
they have much to recommend them. Easy to build and easy to
