From our European Roots ..... 

This group of home designs was developed over several years of European wanderings by Robert Garant, our founder.  The early Italian/French Villas were strictly classical, combining Vitruvian proportions and classical embellishments to create a believable European look and feel.  The design skills learned through these homes was one of the essential tools utilized later in the development of our classical Caribbean and Victorian home themes.  

Il Villa di Firenze

  A true villa from Tuscany.  A product of more than two years of research and design in and around Florence, this design marked the beginning of Garant Homes.    Detailed to the period of the later Romanesque to early Renaissance the home is replete with stone, iron and entabulations from the period. Mas de Provence

Directly from the South of France, a reproduction of an authentic Provincial "Mas".  Originally designed for a French National who wanted her American home to reflect her roots. The home is authentic in elevation and detailing to the legendary country homes found in the lower Rhone valley made famous by Van Gogh, Mattisse and Gougin.  Click Here for More Details

 

 Villa di Toscana

  A variation on the original villa di Firenze as described above.
