A complete set of digital, reproducible, Architectural and Engineering Construction Drawings containing 8 separate 24"x 36" “blueprint”  drawings in pdf format.  The drawings are downloaded at check out, are ready to print and include:

Floor Plan Drawings,  Building Elevations, Window Schedules, Kitchen Cabinet Plans and Elevations, Architectural Sections and Details,  Wall Sections, Stair Details, Structural Plans and Elevations, Large Scale Framing-Building Details, Site Built Roof Truss Drawings and Electrical Plans.

Your drawings may be printed full size at any office printing location (Such as Fed-Ex Kinkos, Office Dept, UPS Store) or at a "Blue Print Shop" near you.  The drawings can also be printed on your home or office printer or viewed at any scale on your monitor using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files may be saved to your computer and viewed, printed or copied as necessary. There is no limit on the number of copies you are allowed to make to build your home.

Reproducible Digital Study Plans, showing the DUVAL floor plans in detail.  The plans, in pdf format, are downloaded to the purchaser at check out.  The digital plan files may be saved, copied, viewed with Acrobat Reader on a computer monitor or the drawings may be printed in any quantity or size.  Also included are scaled furniture cutouts so the buyer has the opportunity to determine how his or her furniture might layout on our floor plans.
